Basque science and technology network

The Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network is made up of a group of Science and Technology agents who, working in a network, carry out specialised, excellent, market-oriented research that contributes to creating wealth and well-being in the Basque Country.

The network is made up of 120 accredited agents:

The Basque Country has a complete map of technological infrastructures at the service of the company:

The BIC – Business Innovation Centers.

The BIC – Business Innovation Centers of Alava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa promote the creation and incubation of innovative and technology-based companies.

They offer a location adapted to the needs of new projects, management and technological tutoring, access to seed capital, preferential financing in collaboration with various agents and access to institutional support programmes. Since they were set up, these Centres have supported the creation of 2,000 companies, which have generated 10,500 jobs and have mentored more than 4,000 entrepreneurs.
